Fountain of Youth
This class is designed to take you through a series of postures with a focus on anti aging. Tibetan Rites, twists, & wall rope.
Enjoy learning more about the sacred Asana poses in greater depth, while having fun learning and working with partners to help you deepen your own growth, progress and dicapline. This class introduces a more in depth Pranayama practice.
Sweat & Glow
Enjoy creating a deeper focus of your body & awareness of your breath connection so you may progress to your fullest potential in a safe, joyful energetic way. This class explores the balance of strength and flexibility so you may ignite with the intellect that is already within you.
THERAPEUTIC (invite only class)
This slower paced class provides more attention for those healing injuries, are possibly wanting to discontinue using walking canes and who want to learn how to stand and walk with easement. If you are healing from back, hip, shoulders, knee, neck or any other physical pain this class may be the right class for you.
